In most cases, we won't need you to undergo any kind of test. But, we'll take a final call based on your age and medical history. If required, we'll inform you about what we need and reach out to our pre-policy check-up TPA.
Every health insurance policy has a waiting period, during which certain claims are not accepted. Claims that are made during the first 15 days from the start date will not be approved
You can choose how long you would like your policy to be valid for. The options available, including the waiting period, are:
• Three and a half months, or 105 days
• Six and a half months, or 195 days
• Nine and a half months, or 285 days
Once you make the payment, you'll get a soft copy sent straight to your e-mail. So, even if you do lose your physical copy, you'll have one waiting in your inbox, but we understand that your e-mail may get deleted, too. If you need another hard or soft copy, you can get in touch with us and we'll send one across ASAP.

Whether you've booked your appointment in advance, or need to rush to the hospital in an emergency, simply contact the TPA desk at the network hospital and show them your health card - or your policy copy - to get cashless services
•You will need to attach the following documents with the filled up and signed Claim Form:
• Photo ID proof of the insured individual, preferably copies of their passport
• Medical practitioner's prescription advising admission in a hospital
•Original bills with an itemised breakup of costs and payment receipts
• Investigation reports from an authorised Covid-19 testing centre
• Your NEFT details along with a cancelled cheque, so that we can directly credit the claim amount to your bank account
• If the claim amount is over Rs 1,00,000/-, we also need the KYC details of the proposer as per the AML guidelines
• A legal heir/succession certificate, wherever applicable
•Other documents that we or the TPA ask for in order to check the claim

This product covers medical expenses for hospitalization of the Insured Person during the Policy period, for the treatment of Covid-19 after positive diagnosis from a Government authorized diagnostic centre. It also covers the expenses of treatment of any comorbidity up to the Sum Insured specified in the policy schedule.
Under this cover, we will pay for the pre-hospitalization/home care treatment expenses, for a fixed period of 15 days before the date of admissible hospitalization covered under the policy
Under this cover, we will pay for the post-hospitalization/home care treatment expenses, for a fixed period of 30 days from the date of discharge from the hospital, following an admissible hospitalization covered under the policy
